Aishwarya Vardhan Chaturvedi is an accomplished Engineer, Social Scientist, and Businessman with over 13 years of relevant experience. Currently, she serves as the Co-founder and Managing Partner of #mensch, a media/marketing agency that runs #Mensch - a content marketing agency for conscious businesses and Plural.Network - a new media network for young people with open minds. In her current role, Aishwarya is responsible for project delivery for partner brands, prospecting new businesses and building relationships, researching content marketing techniques & platforms, and fundraising & managing the business's P&L. Prior to this, she worked as the Head Sherpa at Unitus Ventures, where she worked with a select cohort of startups based in the NASSCOM HARTRON campus in Gurgaon. She conducted VentureBasecamp program workshops and provided 1:1 support to entrepreneurs. Aishwarya has also worked as the Regional Coordinator (India) at #GoodCountry, where she saw an opportunity to rethink the concept of nation-states and its role in a digital 21st-century world. She believes that the world of policy-making and international affairs needs to change to keep up with the advancements in technology. #GoodCountry intends to attract the first 200,000 citizens over the next 6 months and the first few thousand citizens are artists, lawyers, organization consultants, sustainability professionals, and diplomats. Aishwarya completed her B.Tech in Production and Industrial Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi in 2013. Prior to that, she completed her HSC and SSC from Dayanand Public School, where she studied Non-Medical, Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics. She also possesses the skillset of a Research Scientist. Overall, Aishwarya is a highly motivated and accomplished individual who has made significant contributions to the fields of engineering, social science, and business. She is always looking for new ways to make a positive impact on society and is passionate about using her skills and expertise to help others.
